How do I get Soil Health Card?

Each farmer of the State will get Soil Health Card automatically in a phase manner within a cycle of two years.

Department will collect Soil Sample from a Grid of 10 ha for rainfed and 2.5 ha for irrigated area. Each farmer within the Grid will get Soil Health Card.

The collected samples will be analysed in the Laboratories and Soil Health Card will be prepared. The Soil Health Card will have fertilizer recommendation for crops as per choice of the farmer. Recommendation will be given for maximum 6 crops in a card. The Card will be distributed to the farmers by the Department.
